Comment

"Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

This paragraph is my favorite one. We all know life is precious, but we usually used to waste our time in something that isn't the most important one. Another one, we always lose ourselves in other people's expectancy.  I wish myself can know what to do like him. Despite Jobs already died for a long time, he still is a good model for many people now.

Assignment #5 English song

Assignment #5 English song

"Never say never" is the song that I want to introduce to you. It's singer is Justin Bieber. He is a Canadian singer.

Never Say Never-Justin Bieber

作詞:Nasri Tony Atweh, Justin Bieber, Thaddis Laphonia Harrell, Adam David Messinger, Omar Rambert, Jaden Smith

See I never thought that I could walk through fire
I never thought that I could take the burn
I never had the strength to take it higher
Until I reached the point of no return

And there's just no turning back
When your heart's under attack
Gonna give everything I have
It's my destiny

I will never say never
(I will fight)
I will fight till forever
(Make it right)

Whenever you knock me down
I will not stay on the ground
Pick it up, pick it up
Pick it up, pick it up
Up, up, up, up, up and never say never

Ne-never say never
Ne-never say never
Ne-never say never

I never thought I could feel this power
I never thought that I could feel this free
I'm strong enough to climb the highest tower
And I'm fast enough to run across the sea

And there's just no turning back
When your hearts under attack
Gonna give everything I have
'Cause this is my destiny

I will never say never
(I will fight)
I will fight till forever
(Make it right)

Whenever you knock me down
I will not stay on the ground
Pick it up, pick it up
Pick it up, pick it up
Up, up, up, up, up and never say never

Ne-never say never
Ne-never say never
Ne-never say never

Here we go, guess who?
J Smith and JB
I gotcha lil bro, I can handle him
Hold up, aight? I can handle him

Now he's bigger than me, taller than me
And he's older than me and stronger than me
And his arms a little bit longer than me
But he ain't on a JB song with me

I be trying a chill
They be trying to side with the thrill
No pun intended
Was raised by the power of Will

Like Luke with the Force
When push comes to shove
Like Kobe with the fourth
Ice water with blood

I gotta be the best, and yes
We're the fliest like David and Goliath
I conquered the giant
So now I got the world in my hand
I was born from two stars
So the moon's where I land

I will never say never
(I will fight)
I will fight till forever
(Make it right)

Whenever you knock me down
I will not stay on the ground
Pick it up pick it up
Pick it up pick it up
Up, up, up, up, up and never say never

Ne-never say never
Ne-never say never
Ne-never say never

I will never say never
(I will fight)
I will fight till forever
(Make it right)

Whenever you knock me down
I will not stay on the ground
Pick it up pick it up
Pick it up pick it up
Up, up, up, up, up aad never say never

Ne-never say never
Ne-never say never
Ne-never say never

Never say never

Why I like this song?
The first time I listened this song was in my English class. My teacher taught us one song every week. She wished that we can learn something from every song. On the other hand, listening English song can improve our listening ability.

This song gives me a lots of positive energy."Whenever you knock me down   I will not stay on the ground" is my favorite lyrics.
When I was defeated by some terrible things, I will tell myself "I can't give up so easy, I can do it."
This is the reason why I like this song so much.

#4 Six Minute English

Who do you think you are?

This is a report about identity recognition. What percentage of the UK population describe themselves as ethnically mixed? It's about 0.9%, but, there is nearly about 2% actually.

We usually think who we are from others eyes. I think that we should more understand ourselves. Don't be too care what other people say. Just to do what you think you are.

I think it a good website. But if it change some parts will be better.

1.Such as when it goes to explain vocabulary, it can spell faster and explain slowly and easier.

2.And some sentences can speak more clearly.
